Details

Key Features:

(1) Adjust the cutting thickness knob to change the pushing speed of the meat push rod to achieve different cutting thickness requirements.

(2) Adjusting the pre pressure knob can ensure consistency of the product during the cutting process.

(3) Adjusting the meat push rod to a step motion can reduce the squeezing of the product during the cutting process when using a single blade cutting method.

(4) One side of the cutting groove adopts a movable side pressure structure, which facilitates feeding and improves work efficiency.
