1. Key points for cleaning the smoking oven: cleaning time: once per shift.
Cleaning location: There is a manual valve in the cleaning dispenser to select the cleaning area, including the smoke pipe and the interior of the box. Under sufficient pump pressure, it is allowed to open all at the same time.
There is also a cover plate for manual opening and cleaning at the location of the smoke duct, and if necessary, it can be opened to clean the internal dirt.
Rinse time and dosage: After cleaning with 3-5% caustic soda diluent, residual strong alkaline cleaning solution or dirt must be rinsed off with clean water.
2. Cleaning method:
① When the temperature of the box is raised to 70-80 ℃, the water pump sprays cleaning solution and the soaking time is maintained for 2-3 minutes, then pour clean water into the cleaning bucket.
② Rinse the smoker with clean water and increase the frequency of rinsing if necessary.
Notes section:
1. The cleaning pump cannot run idle without water.
2. Do not let water splash onto the smoke furnace control box and computer.
3. Operators must wear protective equipment during cleaning.
