How to maintain a vacuum rolling machine? Let's take a look below:
1. Open the bottom valve switch of the vacuum oil-water separator after each work and drain any accumulated water. Clean the vacuum suction material, clean the vacuum oil-water separator, and ensure that the vacuum pipeline is unobstructed.
2. The vacuum pump should be stopped once a month to check for oil contamination. If the oil inside the vacuum pump has been contaminated, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Before changing the oil, the pump must run forward without load for 15 minutes. After heating the oil, stop the pump and open the oil plug to drain the dirty oil. Clean the pump with some new oil or cleaning oil and inject new vacuum pump oil. The maintenance and upkeep of the vacuum pump (using 10 # gasoline or engine oil) can be carried out according to the user manual of the vacuum pump.
3. Regularly check the oil level of the worm gear reducer. If the oil level is found to be lower than 1/2 of the oil window height, 30 # mechanical oil should be added in a timely manner. - About us
