Saltwater injection machine is a process of injecting salt water and auxiliary materials into meat through salt water injection, vacuum rolling, and injecting the liquid into the meat to fully marinate, penetrate, and loosen the muscle tissue structure, which is conducive to the dissolution of myosin. Due to the enhancing effect of additives on the ion strength of raw meat and the adjusting effect of protein and other characteristics, injecting the prepared aqueous solution can make the meat tender and soft, thereby improving the yield of meat products and enhancing the tenderness and taste of meat products.
According to different process requirements, the step speed, step distance, gap between the meat pressing plates, and injection pressure can be adjusted to evenly and continuously inject the pickling solution into the meat, achieving the desired injection effect.
This machine is made of stainless steel material and designed reasonably. The meat delivery chain can be fully supported on a tray for easy cleaning. The needle arrangement is single needle and single tube, equipped with an automatic protection device. When the injection needle touches a hard object, it will automatically bounce up without being damaged, truly achieving the goal of injecting meat without dead corners.
