Partial disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of equipment; Clear the oil circuit, replace the unqualified felt pads and seals; Adjust the clearance between various parts of the equipment, tighten each part of the equipment, and the electrical part is the responsibility of the maintenance electrician. If the equipment runs for 600 hours, perform a first level maintenance once; Second level maintenance: Regular maintenance mainly carried out by maintenance workers with the participation of operators. The equipment is partially disassembled, cleaned, adjusted for accuracy, inspected, replaced, and repaired with a small number of vulnerable parts to restore accuracy locally. The lubrication system is cleaned, oil is changed, the electrical system is inspected and repaired, and adjustments, fasteners, and minor worn parts are scraped and ground. Keep the equipment in good condition and running normally. If the equipment has been running for 3000 hours, perform a second level maintenance.
