Safety operating procedures for vacuum rolling machine:
1. The vacuum rolling machine can only be operated by a specially trained person, and others are not allowed to move it around.  
2. Loading: Turn on the vacuum pump to make the pressure inside the drum reach -0.08Mpa, then stop running the vacuum pump. At the same time, place the feeding cart at the front of the machine, connect the suction pipe to the machine, and place the other end at the bottom of the feeding cart. Open the suction valve, and the meat is sucked into the drum to complete the loading work.
3. Vacuum: Adjust the pointer on the vacuum gauge to -0.08Mpa for the upper limit and 0.04Mpa for the lower limit. Start the vacuum pump to evacuate. This machine can automatically maintain the vacuum level.  
4. Working method: The "roll stop time" on the control panel can be set to the desired roll/stop time. The roll stop time relay has six buttons, the first three are for rolling time, and the last three are for intermittent time (S seconds M minutes H hours). The "inflation time" can be set to the inflation time (S seconds, M minutes, H hours) for each stop, which can be selected according to needs.
  5. Set running time: The "running time" on the control panel is used to set the running time of the machine. There are three time units (S seconds, M minutes, H hours) that can be set as needed.
  6. Run: Turn the knob on the control panel to "Run", turn the vacuum pump and inflation knob to "On", and the machine will start running according to the set mode.
7. Stop running: After reaching the set time, the machine will automatically stop running. If you need to stop halfway, simply turn the running knob to the "stop" position.  
8. Discharge: First, open the suction valve and inflate it. After the pressure inside and outside the drum is balanced, open the drum cover. Then turn the running knob to "discharge".  
9. Cleaning: Be careful not to splash water on electrical components during cleaning, and it is strictly prohibited to touch the operation screen with water on your hands.
